"We of
the Moon"
....walking the Wise Woman Path

I am my voice, my prayers,
She who walks Mother Earth and sings her songs.
In all that is sacred, that is said, that is told,
I cry for my people, for the world,
for it is the world that I carry in my heart.
For it is the world that I give life.
I am life. I am the flower, the sky,
the eagle who flies, the earth, the sea and the moon.
I manifest all things. This is me.
This is me embracing all that embodies the woman
in who I am, sharing the most intricate part of my being.
I need no validation for what I hear, see and follow.
Validation is me.
I carry my rhythm and heal through the drumbeat
in my soul. All this and the essence of what makes me whole.
I am my voice, my prayers -
She who walks Mother Earth and sings her songs.
In all that is sacred, that is said, that is told,
I am the spirit of woman.

"From the Heart We Live, In Peace & Beauty We Walk."
The ancient ancestors believed the time here in human
form is our "Earth Walk" - a journey of learning,
understanding and connection to self, our sacred Father
above us and our sacred Mother, the Earth, below us.
'Earth Walk' is our life purpose – what we were brought
here to do. How we journey this path is our
“Medicine.”
In our earth walk, we are the living embodiment of
Spirit and a channel between heaven and earth. This is
our sacred trinity – Mother, Father and Child.
This spiritual connection inspires us to continue on our
path - unlimited by the fears and emptiness of those who
turn away from the earth's medicine.
The way of Wisdom is a way of life, it is the way of
humility, of giving, of loving and of thankfulness.
As we walk our journey, may we always remember to touch
our Sacred Mother, the Earth. May our footsteps fall
lightly upon her. May we come, reverently, down upon our
knees, pressing our hands gently upon her body, and feel
her heart beating. May our ears be open, listening for
the ancient song that needs no words.
Whether you have found peace and connection on your
journey, or are still looking, it is good to be
thankful. Thankful for what it is that has power for
you; what holds beauty for you; what gives you peace
and joy. The heartbeat of our Mother resounds within us,
in an eternal rhythm, and for this, we are always
thankful.
These words of life I speak are her words. These words
of truth I speak are her words. This is my medicine, my
promise, uttered within my sacred breath of life, and I
now offer it forth.

In Peace and Beauty I Will Walk:
I will rise with the sun to pray.
I will Pray alone, and Pray often. Father God and Mother Earth will listen, if
I but speak.
I will be tolerant of those who are lost on their path. Ignorance, fear,
conceit, anger, jealousy and greed stem from a lost soul. I
will Pray
that they will find guidance.
I will Seek from within.
Others cannot make my
path for me. It is my road, and mine alone. Others may walk it
with me, but no one can walk it for me.
I will treat the guests in
my home with much consideration. I will serve them
the best food, give them the best bed and treat them with respect
and honor.
I will not try to own what is
not mine to have.
I will respect all living things placed upon this earth.
What is done to one is done to all - we are all related.
I
will honor other people's thoughts, wishes and words. I will not interrupt
another or mock or mimic them. I will allow each person the right to
their own personal expression.
I will practice compassion and
forgiveness in all things. All persons make mistakes.
All mistakes can be forgiven.
I will avoid hurting the hearts of others. The poison of
my pain will
return to me.
I will be truthful at all times. Honesty is the
reflection of one's character.
I will keep myself in
balance. My
mental, spiritual, emotional and physical self all need to be strong, pure and healthy.
I will honor my body, strengthen my mind and grow rich in spirit.
I will make conscious decisions as to who I will be and how
I will
react. I will be responsible for my actions, thoughts and
deeds.
I will respect the privacy and personal space of others.
I will be true to myself first. I cannot give to others what I
do not have within myself. I cannot nurture and help others if
I
cannot nurture and help myself.
Morning and evening, I will bow
my
head, bring my hands together in prayer and give thanks - always
and in all ways.
